Der Klassiker mit Karamell-Special-Effect: eine dunkle Schokolade mit klassischen 70 % Kakaoanteil, gesüßt mit Ahornzucker. Ahornzucker wird aus dem Saft des Zuckerahorn-Baumes gewonnen, in Ahornsirup verwandelt, der in den USA und Kanada so beliebt ist, und abschließend noch kristallisiert. Ahornzucker ist Zucker sehr ähnlich und zugleich eine spannende Spielart. Es erwartet Sie ein intensiver Karamellwaffel-Charakter mit Noten von Ahornsirup, Rahm und Trauben.
